Your relationship with your home should be nurtured and your home should be treated like Sacred Space.
My spiritual background is diverse and eclectic, and so is my method for curating Sacred Space. By using different tools and techniques, we awaken and clear the space, set intention, and connect to the home. We continue with decluttering and organizing mindfully while staying connected to the space.
Feng Shui Inspired Sacred Space
Entryway
Your entryway is where your home breathes in life energy. This space should be open, free of clutter, and welcoming. Disharmony in this space can lead to contempt for your household.
Living Spaces
Living spaces are where you and your family spend most of their conscious time. These spaces build the most energy. Thy should be comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and functional. Disorder in these spaces can lead to irritability and restlessness.
Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of the home. It never sleeps and is always working to serve your family. This space should be efficient, a joy to use, and free of clutter. Mess and clutter in this space can cause stress, fatigue and disinterest.
Home Office
What this space should be depends on it’s main purpose. Is it a creative space or an analytical space? Either way, disharmony in a home office can disrupt productivity, and throw your life out of balance.
Craft Room
This space should inspire your art but also be very useable. A craft room in disorder will lead to frustration that will eventually take the joy out of your activities.
Bedroom
The bedroom is a place of rest and intimacy, If you share this space with another, then this room should be calm and balanced. A bedroom that is out of balance could lead to poor sleep, restlessness and tension in your relationship.
